(1) The Government of Nepal or the provincial government may establish a laboratory as required or designate a laboratory recognized by the Government of Nepal to carry out examinations or tests related to environmental protection and pollution control.
(2) The arrangements related to the operation and management of the laboratory established in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
