: The contractor shall indemnify, defend and indemnify the Government of Nepal from all claims, losses and damages arising out of petroleum works conducted by him or anyone else. However, the contractor shall not be responsible to the government of Nepal for any loss, claim, damage or injury caused by the negligence of the government employee.
