Rule 33
Publication of Promotion List
The commission shall publish the list of teachers recommended for promotion in public. In that list, the marks obtained by the teacher who obtained the lowest marks should also be mentioned. After the publication of the list of promotion recommendations, if any candidate wishes to see the marks obtained by him, he shall be allowed to see the marks obtained by him on other grounds except performance evaluation.
