Rule 58
Promotion Committee
- According to sub-section (3) of section 26 of the Act, there will be a promotion committee as follows:-
(a) Officials of at least Gazetted First Class or equivalent as prescribed by the Public Service Commission – Chairman
(b) Gazetted Officers of the First Class designated by the Secretary General – Member
(c) Joint Secretary in charge of Administration Division of Legislature-Parliament-Member-Secretary
