Section 30
Changes in the conditions of promotion
In case of any amendment in the rules made under Sections 26, 26A, 27, 28 and 29 or so, provisions shall be made so that they shall be applicable only from the date of one year after such amendment. But the restrictive phrase clause (2) of sub-section (1) of section 26 and the provisions of sub-section (2) shall be deemed to have come into effect from 29th Chaitra 2069.
