If the creditor who is enjoying a land mortgage is not able to enjoy that land according to section 7, if the claimant gets it back, the mortgage of such creditor will be void from the date of getting it back.
(2) If the creditor who is enjoying the mortgage of the land of two or more land owners is not able to enjoy all such land according to section 7, he shall return the land of the previous owner according to the date of the deed, and the provisions of sub-section (1) shall also apply in such case.
