Article 105
Prohibition on Debate
Matters that adversely affect the delivery of justice in relation to cases under consideration in any court of Nepal and judicial acts performed by judges in the course of their duties shall not be discussed in any house of the Federal Parliament. However, this article shall not be considered as a hindrance to express anything regarding the conduct of the judge while discussing the motion of impeachment.
