(1) Rule 6A. Regardless of anything written in Permanent teaching permit will be issued in the following format: (a) Among the permanent teachers who were in existence at the time of commencement of this section, teachers who could not obtain a permanent teaching permit for any reason,
(b) Teachers who pass the examination for the post of permanent teachers before the commencement of this rule and are appointed after the commencement of this rule.
(c) Permanent teachers who have been reinstated,
(d) Teachers who were permanent teachers at the time of commencement of Clause (a) and could not obtain teaching certificate for any reason.
