Section 62
Right to Remove Obstacles
 (1) If there is any obstacle in the implementation of this Act, the Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and issue the necessary order to remove it within the scope of this Act, and such order shall be considered the same as this Act.
(2) A copy of every order issued under sub-section (1) shall be tabled within one week of the session of the Legislature-Parliament if it is currently in session and if it is not in session within one week of the next session.
