(1) Officials of every agency and institution dealing with children shall adopt the necessary child-friendly procedures by prioritizing the best interests of children.
(2) It will be everyone's responsibility to provide immediate support to children whose lives are at risk.
(3) According to this Act, when the child welfare officer or the juvenile court makes arrangements for the alternative care of the children, when the children are separated from their parents or guardians, when deciding who will take care and nurture the children after the divorce of the parents, the highest interest determination process shall be followed as prescribed.
(4) Public and private social organizations that house children or provide services to children must make necessary arrangements to be child-friendly when constructing or maintaining physical structures.
