Rule 43
Leave is not a matter of right
(1) A police employee shall not be entitled to claim leave as of right.
(2) The leave approving officer may approve or reject the leave based on the suitability of the work of the office.
(3) If the office deems it necessary, the police officer who is on leave may cancel his approved leave and employ him at any time.
