The Chief Justice or the Judge shall be entitled to the following leave:-

(a) holiday leave,

(b) festival leave,

(c) home leave,

(d) sick leave,

(e) maternity leave,

(f) maternity leave,

(g) Kiriya leave,

(h) Special leave.
