(1) Officials of the constitutional bodies will receive one thousand rupees each time for the purpose of receiving hospitality, so that they do not have to pay the expenses when they go on a situation study visit to different districts of Nepal.
(2) When the officials of the constitutional bodies go out of Nepal to participate in international conferences, festivals, ceremonies, etc., the amount as decided by the Government of Nepal will be paid towards the expenses incurred. If given in that way, the bill of expenses will have to be reimbursed.
