If the land obtained from a land owner is taken as enjoyment or vision pledge by someone else according to section 15, the creditor who takes the enjoyment or vision pledge will get the compensation according to section 19. But if the amount of compensation is more than the amount of such creditor, the claimant will get the amount that is more. If it is less, then the creditor will not be able to claim on Asami in the bag as much as it is less.
