When nominating employees for study, training or study visit abroad in general: Employees who have not had the opportunity to study abroad before, receive training or study visit will be nominated based on priority as follows subject to section 32. But repeated nominations will not be made for programs of the same level and nature:-
(a) To the assistant fifth grade, officer sixth, seventh and eighth grade employees and similar civil service employees,
(b) To employees of the ninth level and below authorized in training and similar employees of the civil service,
(c) To the Head of Office, Officers of tenth level and above and similar civil service employees on study visits as per the pre-arranged program.
