Article 189
Ministers, Ministers of State and Assistant Ministers can participate in meetings of the Provincial Assembly
Ministers, Ministers of State and Assistant Ministers will be allowed to attend the meetings of the Provincial Assembly and its committees and participate in proceedings and discussions. However, a minister, state minister or assistant minister who is not a member of the provincial assembly is not allowed to vote in the meeting of the provincial assembly or in its committee, and a minister, state minister or assistant minister who is a member of the provincial assembly is not allowed to vote in a committee meeting other than the committee of which he is a member.
