Rule 107
Conditions of Service of Honorary

(1) The committee shall make the appointment for a period of five years when appointed for the first time.
(2) A person appointed to the post of dignitary will automatically be relieved of his post if he reaches the age of 60 or if his service period is completed.
(3) On the recommendation of the Secretary General, the committee may extend the term of five years for a maximum of two times to the dignitary appointed according to sub-rule (1) until he reaches the age of 60, considering his efficiency, physical condition and work efficiency.
(4) If a person working in the position of dignitary wants to retire from service before the end of his term, he can submit his resignation in writing to the Secretary General.
(5) If the Secretary General recommends that a person serving in the position of dignitary should be retired due to violation of the conduct mentioned in Rule 109, or in case of punishment according to Rule 110, the committee may retire.
(6) All the time of dignitaries shall be under the Secretariat and they may be employed at any time.
