Rule 108
Allowances, leave and benefits to be received by the dignitary

(1) Housing allowance, educational allowance and security allowance received by dignitaries working in the post of Secretariat shall be as mentioned in Schedule-12.
(2) The dignitaries working in the Secretariat shall get all the leave and benefits as specified in paragraph-8 for other employees working in the Secretariat, except for study leave, extraordinary leave and unpaid leave.
(3) 100% will be added to the savings fund with a rate of ten percent from the monthly salary of the dignitaries working in the secretariat.
(4) If the permanent service period in a government service position before being appointed under the Legislature-Parliament's dignity protection group is interrupted, that period can be cut and added to the current service period of the dignity guardian.
(5) If an dignitary serving in the post of the Secretariat retires after serving for a period of five years or more, the amount of medical expenses and gratuity received by the other employees of the Secretariat as per paragraph-11 and 12 shall be paid to Damasahi based on the length of service.
(6) A double-breasted uniform will be made available to dignitaries working in the secretariat. But the dignitaries who are working in Kajma will be provided annual uniforms.
(7) Honorary officers working in the post of Secretariat can also be included in the award according to Rule 113.
(8) If it is necessary to immediately appreciate an outstanding work performed by the Secretary-General in the performance of his duties, the Secretary-General may reward him with an amount of up to 10,000 and a certificate of appreciation.
