Rule 13
Work, Duties and Rights of Other Public Prosecutors of the Attorney General's Office
The work, duties and rights of the Associate Attorneys, Deputy Attorneys and Assistant Attorneys of the Attorney General's Office under this regulation shall be as follows:-
(a) To assist the Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General in the performance of their duties,
(b) Advocating arguments on behalf of the Government of Nepal or the employees of the Government of Nepal in cases involving the rights, interests or concerns of the Government of Nepal in the Supreme Court or any other court. (c) _ Conducting other work related to cases as prescribed by the departmental head,
(d) To do other work assigned by the head of the department.
