: None of the following persons shall be eligible to be General Manager or Director :
(a) any employee or adviser of the Corporation other than the General Manager, or
(b) a person holding a contract lease from the Corporation, or
(c) a person who is insolvent, or
(d) a person of intoxicated or unsound mind, or
(e) A person who has been sentenced to imprisonment for a criminal offense showing moral turpitude.
