Section 119
Consequences if the case is withdrawn or settled
(1) According to section 116, if the Government of Nepal withdraws any case, the accused of such case shall not be tried again for the same offence.
(2) In accordance with Section 117, there shall be no further action or litigation between the same parties on the same matter. However, if any party does not do any work according to the conditions mentioned in the settlement agreement, this sub-section shall not prevent the filing of such a complaint.
