Article 134
Moveable case

(1) When a case involving essentially the same question is pending before the Supreme Court and the High Courts, if the Supreme Court feels that such question is of public importance or if it appears from the Attorney General or the petition of the party to the case, the Supreme Court shall have the right to decide such case.
(2) If there are special circumstances in which judicial impartiality is questioned during the hearing of a case filed in a high court, the Supreme Court may order that the case be heard from one high court to another in accordance with the Disclosure of Reasons and Basis Law.
