(1) Regardless of what is written in section 5 or 6, in case the body hearing the case has been ordered to resolve the dispute by completing the conciliation procedure according to sub-section (4) of section 3 or if the parties are unable to appoint a conciliator according to section 5, the body hearing the case shall submit the name of the conciliator. It will give an order to the concerned party to set a certain period of time.
(2) If an order is made according to sub-section (1), within the period specified in the same order, the concerned parties shall submit the name of the conciliator to the body reviewing the case by mutual agreement, and the person whose name has been submitted by agreement between the parties shall be appointed as the conciliator by the body reviewing the case.
(3) If the parties are unable to submit their names according to sub-section (2), the body hearing the case will appoint a person who is deemed appropriate by taking the consent of the parties from among the persons who are eligible to be the mediator.
