(1) Organized organizations registered in accordance with the prevailing law with the aim of bringing about reconciliation between the parties in accordance with this Act shall submit an application to the Council in the prescribed format for the implementation of its objectives or for approval. (a) Name and registration number of the institution,
(b) Names of officers of the organization,
(c) A copy of the conciliation procedure or regulation made by the organization to resolve the dispute,
(d) the place where the organization intends to conduct reconciliation.
(2) Upon examining the documents with the application received under sub-section (1), if the procedures or regulations and other details of the reconciliation made by the organization making the application are deemed appropriate, the council will accept the fee as prescribed.
