(1) A recognized organization established in accordance with the prevailing law to act on conciliation to resolve any dispute may determine the procedure to be adopted while performing such work and make a procedure or regulation.
(2) Procedures or regulations made according to sub-section (1) shall be implemented after receiving approval from the council.
