(1) The organization that has received approval according to sub-section (2) of section 23 shall prepare and publish a list of persons who can be conciliators in order to facilitate the resolution of any dispute.
(2) In addition to other things, the qualification, experience, contact address of the person included in the list should be mentioned in the list according to sub-section (1).
(3) The parties to the dispute may choose a conciliator from the list maintained under sub-section (1) subject to the procedures or regulations made by the relevant organization.
