(1) If one of the parties gives notice to the other party in relation to a dispute which has not been filed in court, if the parties to such dispute submit an application to the relevant body hearing the case in relation to the dispute under sub-section (3) of section 3 or the body hearing the case in relation to the dispute under sub-section (4) of section 3 If an order is given to resolve the dispute through conciliation, the process of conciliation will be deemed to have started. But the process of community-based reconciliation will be initiated after the relevant party requests to resolve the dispute before the community.
(2) After the conciliation procedure is initiated, any party to the dispute shall submit such dispute to the conciliator.
(3) After the commencement of the conciliation procedure in accordance with sub-section (1) and until its completion, the body looking into any case in relation to such dispute shall not intervene except as otherwise provided in this Act.
