Until the date of commencement of this section, the land owner should evict the Mohi or the farmer for the remaining amount due to the Mohi or the farmer who earns his land, regardless of what is written in the prevailing Nepalese law of the pending case filed in various courts. For the rest, the court should not order the eviction of the farmer or farmer. If the wali is found to be remaining, the land owner should be paid from the mohi or farmer related to that crop. The concerned court can seize the land if it deems it necessary to investigate whether there is any such remaining or not.
