Section 26
Mohi's rights and obligations
(1) Subject to the other sections of this chapter, his rights related to Mohi on the land earned by Mohi will be acquired by the person according to the prevailing law related to the sale of his Ekasgol. But–
(a) If the farmer wants to vacate the land of Mohiani rights registered according to clause (b) of sub-section (4) of section 25, he must give a written notice to the designated officer and land owner at least 1 month before the cultivation period, and the designated officer should also investigate the matter with the concerned village or municipality. The land will be deemed to have been abandoned only after the Mohi receives the corrected notice in the registration book.
(b) If a land owner allows a farmer to earn his land, such land owner must notify the designated authority within 1 month and the designated authority must inform the concerned land owner and Mohi if necessary and register it in the registration book.
(c) If any Mohiani leaves the land or goes missing or if the right of Mohiani expires without paying as prescribed, the owner of the land must give written notice of the same to the designated authority within 25 days and the designated authority shall investigate the matter and clause (b) of sub-section (4) of Section 25. According to the registration book, it should be verified that the Mohiani right has been terminated.
(2) In the event that the land on which the mohi is earning becomes uncultivated or overflows due to the river, the right to mohi will be acquired by him subject to the other sections of this Act.
(3) It is necessary for the cultivation of the land related to Mohi to make the raw materials such as axles, fences, walls, sewers, bridges, wells, and even earthworks. But houses that are not necessary for farming should not be built without the permission of the landowner.
(4) In the event that the owner's rights to any land from which he has earned income are terminated in accordance with this Act, he shall be entitled to remove the property other than the immovable property attached to that land within 30 days of the termination of his right to that land. However, if the owner of the land designated by the rural municipality or municipality gives it to Mohi, anything made for the purpose of permanent development of the land may not be removed from the land where the property rights have been lost.
(5) Except in the case of mental breakdown or manipulation due to reasons beyond the control of the divine angel or the witch, when the witch leaves the land, she must not leave the land in a worse condition than the condition in which she took the land to earn.
(6) Mohi shall be allowed to harvest the seeds required for the next year before the distribution of the grown crops between the landlord and Mohi. Jaggawal will not be able to charge interest with Mohi for the seeds harvested in this way.
(7) When the land owner sells, donates, or distributes a portion of his land, in the related document, the name, surname, country of origin and acceptance of the condition with Mohi should be mentioned in the related document. > (8) In case of sale, donation or partial sale of any land, within 15 days of the receipt of the relevant document, the land owner shall inform the person to whom the land was sold, donated or sold in part, the name, surname and surname of the person to whom the land was sold, donated or partially sold, and to the village or municipality. Notification should be given.
