Section 26A
Mohiani rights cannot be bought or sold
Regardless of what is written in the prevailing Nepalese law, Mohiani rights cannot be bought or given as a donation or in any other way. There will be no auction sale for government or non-government defects or punishments. But before the commencement of this Act, if any tenant has taken the consent of the land owner or has built a house in advance, he can sell the land of that house or give away the right in any other way and the maximum limit of Section 8 shall not be applicable in the case of such land.
