(1) If the land owner complains that the Mohiyani did not pay the tax, except in the case of divine pari walli destruction or failure to grow, the designated authority may order the expulsion of such Mohiyani.
(2) The District Court may issue an order to evict the Mohi from the land if the land owner makes an application under any of the following circumstances:-
(a) If the value or growth of the land decreases due to knowingly doing any act or neglecting to take care of the value or growth of the land, or
(b) If he does not cultivate for 1 year, except in circumstances beyond his control.
(3) In the case of sub-section (1) or clause (b) of sub-section (2), the land owner may also be paid a fee from Mohi.
