If the Mohi has to be expelled according to Section 29, the application must be submitted within the following deadline. Application cannot be made after the expiry of that period:-
(a) In the case mentioned in clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 29, within 35 days from the date of completion of the work specified in that section,
(b) In the case mentioned in Clause (b) of Sub-section (2) of Section 29, within 35 days after one year has passed since the date of the work written in that clause.
(c) In the case referred to in sub-section (1) of section 29, within 30 days from the expiry date specified in sub-section (2) of section 36.
