: Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this paragraph, this Act shall not apply to the following commercial or professional activities except as provided in section 10:-
(a) Businesses related to small scale and domestic industries according to the Industrial Business Act, 2049 (b) agricultural products produced by small farmers and agricultural cooperative businesses,
(c) Procurement of raw materials,
(d) Export business,
(e) Acts for labor rights of collective bargaining,
(f) Research and development work,
(g) Management Cooperation,
(h) Collaboration for organizational and procedural improvements to increase business capacity.
