(1) The appointment of the Registrar of the University shall be made by the Chancellor on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor.

(2) The Registrar shall be a full-time officer in the University.

(3) The Registrar The term of office will be four years.

(4) The work, duties and rights of the registrar and the remuneration, facilities and conditions of service will be as specified. A copy of that decision or order should be sent to the Chancellor.
