Section 15
Registrar

(1) The appointment of the Registrar of the University shall be for four years by the Chancellor on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor.

(2) The Registrar shall be a full-time salaried officer of the University.

(3) ) The registrar shall record the decision or order of the assembly. A copy of that decision or order shall be sent to the Chancellor.

(4) The Registrar shall have the authority to carry out all administrative and academic tasks of the university in a responsible manner.

(5) General of the university Administration, financial administration and academic work will be done under the registrar.

(6) The registrar's other work, duties, rights and remuneration will be as prescribed.
