Rule 82
Registrar to fix date
(1) The Chief Justice or the Chief Justice or. Subject to the order of the court, the registrar should fix a reasonable date for the proceedings to be taken by the court and make the parties to the case or their heirs correct in the order. -(1a) The court shall consider the convenience of the parties to the case as far as possible while fixing the date or time. But the court will not be bound to fix the day or date according to their wishes. "(1b) After reaching the stage of the case, the case should be submitted to the court after considering the workload of the court and the schedule of the case. _: (1c) If any party to the case does not agree to take the date of the payment or if the date is not taken, the same payment date shall be certified by the clerk and the concerned officer.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if the party to the case wants to take a date from the court under the information technology network, the date can be given from the relevant court.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this rule, the date for the first hearing of the petition under sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Act should be fixed on the same day or the day after the filing of the petition in the case of direct custody and in the case of other petitions, it should be submitted for hearing on the next day.
