Article 271
To be registered as a political party for election recognition
: (1) Every political party registered according to Article 269 that wants to be recognized by the Election Commission for the purpose of the election shall complete the procedure according to the federal law and register with the Election Commission.
(2) When making an application for the purpose of sub-section (1), the political party shall submit the annual audit report in addition to the details mentioned in sub-section (3) of Article 269 and shall also fulfill the conditions mentioned in sub-section (4) of the same article.
