:
(1) The Minister of Finance of the Province may submit the following annual estimates to the Provincial Assembly in relation to each financial year:-
(a) Estimation of Revenue,
(b) necessary sums to be charged on the Provincial Reserve Fund, and
(c) Necessary amounts to be spent in accordance with the Provincial Appropriation Act. 2) When submitting the annual estimate according to sub-section (1), the amount of expenditure allocated to each ministry in the previous financial year and the details of whether the target according to the expenditure has been achieved or not must also be submitted.
