Article 52
Responsibilities of the State
It will be the responsibility of the state to make Nepal prosperous and advanced by following the guiding principles of the state and gradually implementing the policies of the state while keeping Nepal's freedom, sovereignty, geographical integrity and independence intact, protecting and promoting fundamental rights and human rights.
