(1) The Jail Administrator shall arrange daily ration for the prisoners.
(2) The prison administrator shall provide nutritional food in addition to the ration as per sub-section (1) for chronically ill, mentally ill or seriously ill, pregnant and post-partum inmates.
(3) The Jail Administrator shall arrange for the prisoners to dress according to the season.
