Article 65
Vacancy of the office of the President
The office of the President shall be vacant in any of the following cases:-
(a) If he tenders his resignation in writing to the Vice-President,
(b) If the resolution of impeachment is passed against him in accordance with Article 101,
(c) on the expiry of his term of office,
(d) In case of his death.
