Article 64
Qualifications of the President

(1) A person possessing the following qualifications shall be eligible to be the President:-
(a) qualified to be a member of the Federal Parliament,
(b) having completed at least forty-five years of age, and
(c) not disqualified by any law.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), a person who has been elected president twice cannot be a candidate in the presidential election.
