(1) It shall be the duty of all concerned to protect the national heritage.
(2) For the purpose of protecting the national heritage, the relevant agencies shall prepare and keep a record and the record shall include the objects or places included in the World Heritage List within Nepal.
(3) The protection of objects, places, flora, fauna, environmental conditions, etc. included in the record as per sub-section (2) shall be done as prescribed.
