Rule 101
Procedure for consulting the Public Service Commission
Before ordering departmental punishment to the employee, the punishing officer shall send a written report to the Public Service Commission for consultation in accordance with Section 90 of the Act after evaluating the clarifications, explanations and supporting evidence presented in this regard, and mentioning the departmental punishment sought to be imposed on that basis. All related documents should be attached and sent.
