: (1) Nepalese laws in force at the time of commencement of this Constitution shall remain in force until repealed or amended. But the law that is in conflict with this constitution shall automatically be invalid to the extent that it is inconsistent after one year from the date of the first session of the federal parliament according to this constitution.
(2) Actions related to the peace process according to the Interim Constitution of Nepal, 2063 shall be deemed to be done according to this Constitution.
