Section 92
Rights and Duties of Heirs
(1) The heir can do all the work written in the will on behalf of the party appointing him.
(2) If there is an order from the court to present the person appointing the heir, the heir must make such a person appear in the court.
(3) According to sub-section (2), if the relevant person is not present, the heir of such person can be revoked by the court.
