4. Permission for industries to be established under foreign investment 4.1 Foreign investment will not be allowed in the industries specified in Schedule (1). 4.2 Foreign investment up to 100 percent will be allowed only in large and medium industries. Technology transfer to domestic and small scale industries will be allowed.
