Section 74A
Special Provisions Regarding Departmental Action and Punishment
: Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, according to the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority Act, 2048, if the relevant body comes in writing to take departmental action against any employee from that commission and in accordance with the prevailing law, the necessary procedure shall be followed and departmental punishment shall be imposed accordingly. will fall
