(1) Apart from what is written in Article 127, other specialized courts, judicial bodies or tribunals may be established and formed in accordance with the federal law to deal with cases of a specific type and nature. However, a specialized court, judicial body or tribunal will not be formed for a specific case.
(2) Cases related to criminal offenses punishable by imprisonment for more than one year shall not fall within the jurisdiction of courts or specialized courts or military courts or bodies other than judicial bodies.
