(1) There shall be a University Assembly consisting of the following members:-

(a) Chancellor-Chairman

(b) Vice-Chancellor – Member

p>(c) Vice-Chancellor – Member

(d) Registrar – Member-Secretary

(e) Member of National Planning Commission (Viewing Education) – Member

(f) Secretary, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology – Member

(g) Secretary, Ministry of Finance – Member

(h) Deans – Member

( J) One of the Principals – Member (j) Head of Banepa City Executive – Member (k) Head of Dhulikhel City Executive – Member (l) ……………..

>(n) One member from industrialists – member

(h) Two members including at least one woman from among teachers

(h) One member – member from among students

( D) Librarian, University – Member

(2) Members of the Executive Council as per clauses (j), (d), (d), (n), (t), (th) of sub-section (1) The Vice-Chancellor shall nominate the members on the recommendation of the Assembly and the Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of the members.

(3) The term of office of the nominated members shall be three years.

(4) The Assembly shall be the supreme and empowered body of the University. .

(5) The person presiding over the meeting shall certify the decision of the meeting of the meeting
